Stellar Handicraft Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are happy to assist with returns under the conditions outlined below.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stellarhandicraft.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

General Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items returned under general returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee per item.
If you need to return an item for reasons such as receiving the wrong item, an item not as described, or another tangible concern, the following conditions apply:
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping costs and restocking fees) will be issued using the same method as the original payment.
Please note: Returns based solely on personal preference or change of mind may not be eligible for a refund.
Damages and Exchanges:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns Due to Manufacturer Defects or Warranty Issues:
Stellar Handicraft will cover the return shipping by either providing a prepaid return shipping label or reimbursing the cost of return shipping during the refund process.
A full refund or replacement will be issued once the defective item is received and inspected, or if a replacement is issued Stellar Handicraft will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, including reimbursement of any original shipping charges if applicable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
